Digital (Photoshop). Wanted to make a photorealistic colorado beetle (it is coming some time - I just looooove bugs as images, they are absolutely gorgeous) with colored pencils (halfly done), but meanwhile I got entangled with this and felt like finishing it. All together approx. ~~15-18~~ 8-10 hours. I am falling in love with painting in Photoshop, I guess. Never thought it would happen until I discovered some really cool techniques. (As it happens, the whole adventure started with a certain tut.)

Digital collage - so it might be cheating, as it is not a real drawing. But it was done to take a short break from writing the final essays for my courses. I am planning to draw a lot in summer, so probably there will be animals in surreal environment as well, mainly because I love the idea.

(Mostly watercolor, but I used graphite for the shadows and a white color pencil for some of the highlights. I want to learn how to control watercolor soooo much, but I am just too stiff for this medium. I do not give it up though. No matter how bad I am with watercolors, I love to work with it.)
